Player Submission of Registration DUE with Fees (in order for you to have time to print your cards)
Registrars must pay up front for Player Cards by paying the fees for all registered players and administrators who have been registered and placed on teams.
• Birth Certificate for all NEW players uploaded in registration system
• Player/Parent Commitment form signed by each registered player and kept by the club registrar.
